Coming from diverse backgrounds, this trio brings complementary strengths to build ZILLSKILL’s mission!

Animesh Singh
Captain of the Ship

Rhythmic Rockstar

Animesh has been building online brands for over 15 years. As a founding team member of Jabong, he played a key role in its early growth story. He was also pivotal in the smooth transition of Health & Glow to an engaging omni-channel experience.

“Kids today are stuck in a rat-race chasing grades in selected hyped up subjects. This is limiting their exposure to the entire world of hobbies out there! I’d love to watch kids explore multiple skills, connect with other similar children across borders and learn and grow as they discover a zillion skills together. That’s what we’re building here - and I can’t wait to watch this magical experience unfold!

Animesh graduated from IIT Delhi and holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is a fitness fanatic and an avid reader of Urdu poetry.

Math Magician

Serial entrepreneur meets math magician! Rahul co-founded Venue Monk - a successful wedding planning business that specializes in catering to couples looking for dream weddings minus the stress of planning. He has also been part of high-potential business and operations teams at Jabong, Wadi.com and ZS Associates.

“I love kids! There’s so much we learn from them - especially the joy and excitement when they create something new. I was a high-energy child myself, and my mother would spend hours finding different hobby classes for me - painting, skating, dancing etc to keep me engaged. I’m excited to bring a similar approach to parents who want to give their children wholesome learning experiences, in a safe and engaging platform.

Rahul graduated from BITS Pilani. He enjoys travelling, trying different cuisines and trekking.

Word Warrior

Malati enjoys working with words, and building teams that string them together. Over the past 14 years, she has built content teams for brands such as Groupon India, Sears and Headout - working very closely with the founders to define the content guidelines. She gets excited about how ‘content’ has grown in its scope and role over the past decade and thrives on harnessing that potential to build powerful brands.

“Parenting a teen with varied hobbies has been an interesting journey. The downside? No matter where her interests lie - my child is gauged by how quickly she sums up numbers or memorises facts & formulas. I’m passionate about changing the social perspective on kids with ‘offbeat’ interests - this begins with helping them find their tribe, so they bond and celebrate their unique journey!”

Malati graduated from Bangalore University. She enjoys trekking and motorbiking through different landscapes.
